Architecture Award, Straight A’s award, and was an AP Scholar in 2022. In addition, he was

selected as a Lehigh University High School Scholar, allowing him to enroll in two courses at the

Ella Walker will be graduating from Freedom High School. At Freedom, her proudest achievement was helping to start and later becoming the president of the Engineering Girl Power Society.  This club is dedicated to empowering middle school girls, especially those interested in the STEM field, through mentoring at the high school level. Ella was on the Freedom Dance Team all four years and was the captain this year. Additionally, she’s involved in the Combatting Crohn’s and Colitis Club which donated over $2,000 towards IBD research, the National Honors Society, Key Club, and Asian American Alliance Club. She has completed four years of Project Lead the Way: Engineering courses at Freedom which is what sparked her interest in the field. Outside of school, Ella has danced competitively and recreationally at Nardi Dance Studios for 15 years and works as a swim instructor at Goldfish Swim School. In the fall, she will be attending Penn State University to major in Civil Engineering.
